This is a womens lightweight SpringSummer coat in beige with contrast white edging on collar, front and back panels & pockets.  Its a button up coat with buttoned epaulettes, a buckle waist belt and buttoned cuffs.  It also has a rear vent with buttoned up strap detail and a secret inside valuables pocket and its fully lined. 

Machine washable.
